TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged only if:
- The exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
Please email pictures of the defective item to support@hanimofficial.com or call at +92 306 7175567 within 24 hours after receiving order if you wish to raise a dispute.
Please note that no dispute will be acceptable after the given time period i.e. 24 hours after receiving order.
In case if the products are found damaged or missing, the outer packaging images are required to be shared via email at support@hanimofficial.com as evidence before discarding the packaging.
