RETURN & REFUND:

Hanim has no "RETURN OR REFUND" policy.

 

We always do a brief checking before delivering our each product but in case if any client gets a damage product or having size related issues with the selected size that is mentioned in the order query then he/she has the right to exchange the product according to our exchange policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Hanim performs a detailed checking of all it's products before packing. But in case of having some issue in the outfit related to:

 

Selected Size

Defected Product

 

then it'll be eligible for exchange and you'll be responsible to inform us with the images of defected part on our instagram page ( hanim__official ) within 24 hours of receiving the outfit.


Note: That the outfit must be unused and with the company's tag.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

The client may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the order crossed this time limit it'll not be eligible for cancellation.

 Note: That the Hanim may cancel orders for reasons include; an article being out of stock, pricing error.
